- HOLLY Z
I’m an author, fitness specialist, and advocate dedicated to helping others heal — body, mind, and spirit. Through my book, I raise awareness for victims of abuse and inspire emotional recovery. Through fitness, I empower health and resilience. And through animal advocacy, I give a voice to abused dogs and those still waiting in shelters for love and safety.

On April 2, 2026, Holly Z. joined Pastor Scott on KKLA for a short interview on his Good News show to talk about G’LOVES OFF.
It was an exciting opportunity, and Holly was deeply honored and genuinely thrilled to share the message of the book with KKLA listeners.
On Friday, February 27, 2026, Holly Z. was invited to speak at the Alex Trebek Center in Los Angeles.
She brought five “blessing books” to give to five of the residents who came to hear her speak, although many more were in attendance that day.
For every copy of G’LOVES OFF sold, Holly sets aside a portion to help provide these blessing books to those whose hearts have been broken by narcissistic abuse and whose finances have often been impacted too.
In February 2026, Bookstar, a Barnes & Noble store on Ventura Boulevard in Studio City, began stocking G’LOVES OFF on its shelves.
Since then, the store has already reordered additional copies, a wonderful sign of continued interest in the book.
On January 31, 2026, Holly Z. appeared at The Last Bookstore on Lankershim in Studio City for a signing of G’LOVES OFF.
The event was standing room only. The turnout was so strong that management had to bring out more chairs, and even then, people were still standing. Holly shared statistics, gave examples, and enjoyed a lively question-and-answer session with attendees.
All copies of G’LOVES OFF that the bookstore had ordered sold out.
Following the event, Holly received a beautiful email from management at The Last Bookstore inviting her to return for another signing because the evening had gone so well.
On December 16, 2025, Holly Z. was featured in Bold Journey in an interview titled “Life, Values & Legacy: Our Chat with Holly Z.”
